Purse was exactly as described (pristine condition). Sam was kind enough to also include a free purse organizer, and the hand written note was a very sweet touch. I will truly cherish this bag for years to come. I can't say enough with regards to the super fast shipping for an international order as well as communication about shipping along the way!
