The vachetta has a nice, even honey patina. The top trim has a few cracks which can easily be fixed with leather glue, safety pin and a binder clip. I can do that, don’t worry about it or if you prefer have LV replace the trim for a nominal cost. The canvas is beautiful with only one minuscule color transfer spot that you have to search to find.
The hardware is beautiful with no silvering. The interior is cream and free of stains or smells.
