Do I need a tracking number for all my shipments?

Yes. We require all sellers to ship their items with a valid tracking number to avoid items getting lost in transit.

To help us mark your transaction as ‘complete’, you must ship with a valid tracking number AND enter them on Reetzy to let us know you’ve shipped your item.

To enter your tracking information, go to My Seller Dashboard > Orders > Locate your order > click ‘Tracking Number’ button

*Please keep in mind that if you ship without a valid tracking number, your transaction is subject to cancellation, even if the item has been sent out.
