Getting started with Reetzy is as easy as it sounds! Here are some checklists to get you started!
- Create your account to become a Reetzy member: Click on the button that says ‘Register’ on the top right corner. (If you’re on your phone/tablet, tap ‘profile’ button on the top left corner)
You can join either by using your Facebook account (recommended) or your email address.
- Complete your Reetzy profile: To view your profile page:
On Desktop/Laptop – click ‘profile person’ icon on the top right corner.
On Mobile/Tablet – tap ‘profile person’ icon on top left corner.
We recommend that you add your profile photo as we’d love to know who you are!
You can do this by:
Desktop/Laptop: hover over ‘profile’ icon > hover over ‘Profile’ > ‘Change Profile Photo’
Mobile/Tablet: click ‘profile’ icon > scroll down to find ‘Change Profile Photo’
* If you connected with Facebook, your profile photo should already show up on your Reetzy profile!
- Request to join your favorite brand groups to gain access to our exclusive community. You can find our groups on the ‘GROUPS‘ menu on the top. (on mobile, tap the three horizontal line icon on the top right corner).
- The group admins will review your request (they check that you have your real name and a profile photo of yourself) and approve your membership. In the meantime, feel free to browse through some beautiful items for sale on the ‘SHOP‘ section.
- Engage in your group: Once your group membership has been approved, you can view what group members are selling and talking about. Within each group, we have a ‘Wall’ that we all share. There is also a ‘Forums’ feature where individual topics can be posted and members can connect with each other; ask questions, authenticate, discuss, share feedbacks and opinions, etc. Make yourself at home and feel free to ask questions and start sharing your stories with us. We’re in the group because we all share the same love, so don’t be shy, we’re here to support you!
- Shop on Reetzy: Check out what members are offering for sale by visiting ‘shop’ page or their profile page and feel free to send them a ‘private message’ by clicking ‘Ask a question’ button if you have questions! If you want to save the item for later, simply add it to your favorites by clicking the ‘Heart’ icon. Want to see the seller’s future listings and stories? Simply ‘Follow’ them and you’ll see their new listings and updates on your News Feed on your profile page.
- Start selling on Reetzy: We all have items to sell in our closet! List your item for sale in less than a minute! Snap a photo, add descriptions, and see just how easy it is to make your first sale on Reetzy! The best part is you don’t pay a penny to do any of this! To apply to become a seller on Reetzy, head to ‘My Seller Dashboard‘ page.
