Any item including a design or mark that is identical to or substantially indistinguishable from a registered trademark but not manufactured by or with the consent of the trademark holder is considered “counterfeit.” In compliance with the U.S. law as well as the core value of original design that Reetzy believes in, we take this issue very seriously, and will take actions above and beyond to maintain Reetzy as a trustworthy and anti-counterfeit marketplace.
Are you not sure if your item is a counterfeit? We encourage you to ask your group members. A lot of the members are knowledgeable when it comes to authenticating those brand items. Try asking members for their opinions with your detailed photos, and don’t forget to be courteous and polite when doing so!
